ORDERING
Add items to the shopping cart and pay securely via PayPal using credit or debit cards (inc Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Solo, Switch/Maestro and Amex). Payment can be also made by cheque or bank transfer, please contact us for further details if you wish to pay using these methods.
A confirmation email will be sent shortly after your order has been placed to confirm your order and delivery.
BULK PRINT ORDERS
Please contact Alan if you wish to by multiple prints, prices can be arranged.
DELIVERY
Sevenfivearts offers FREE worldwide delivery on all prints and original illustrations. Greeting cards are delivered Free within the UK. Postal charges for greeting cards purchased from outside the UK are added at checkout.
We aim to dispatch most items within 4 days from authorisation of payment, all products will be shipped securely. All original illustrations will be shipped via a traceable method and you will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been dispatched.
All shipments will be sent from our UK distribution center and are sent via Royal Mail. The customer will be responble for all duties, customs/brokerage fees for shipments destined outside of the UK.

DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event that an item gets damaged during shipping/delivery we will be happy to replace it for you if an appropriate replacement exists, otherwise a full refund will be made. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report damaged goods. Damaged goods must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt using a traceable method at your cost, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the replacement item to you. Goods which are subsequently damaged after receipt, will not be replaced.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us, if you wish to return a product please contact us for information. All items returned must be in perfect re-saleable condition, shipped using a traceable method at your cost and returned to us within 14 days of original order.
COMMERCIAL LICENSING
Alan’s illustrations are available for commercial licensing, please contact us for further details.
COLOUR MATCHING
We try to represent our artwork in the truest way possible but we would like customers to be aware that there will be colour variance. Every computer monitor is calibrated differently, therefore it is not possible to be 100% accurate on colour matching when comparing the website images and the final output of the art.
We apologise for this limitation and are happy to assist you over the phone should you need further clarification on colour matching.

CARING FOR FINE ART PRINTS
Caring for your artwork should begin as you open the shipping container, it's best to choose a flat, clean, dry area in which to unwrap the package. Most prints are rolled for shipping, as tubes are the strongest practical container for this purpose. Great care should be taken when removing a print from it's tube, and when removing the paper wrapping from the print. We do not to use an excessive amount tape when packaging prints, as this can make it difficult to unwrap the print without causing damage.
Once the print has been un-rolled it's preferable to avoid re-rolling it, not only because it's easy to cause damage during this process, but also because prints should be stored flat to avoid warping. Never store a print in it's shipping tube for an extended period of time (months or years) as the paper will acquire a curve that no amount of flattening with weights will cure.
